PhD Project: Automatic building/plan identification using annonymous wifi data

WIFI data is collected from routers in many urban environments. The aim of this research is to develop a technique that can automatically detect and regenerate the plan of a building from passively collected WIFI data. This could support building maintenance or enable drones to understand their immediate surroundings by connecting with a WIFI hub.
